1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the va99 website at va99.im (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "va99", or "the Site"), you ("the Player", "the User", "you") confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders, guest browsers, and any individual who interacts with any functionality of the Site.

va99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to users. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure through the support team.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the va99 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the Platform from time to time. Where there is any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for the matter to which they relate.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of va99 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. va99 operates as an 18+ only platform without exception. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification of the deposit method.
• You must be accessing and using the Platform as a private individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or organisation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence. If you are unsure whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a va99 employee or any company in a business relationship with va99, unless explicit written consent to play has been obtained from va99's compliance team.
• You must not have previously had a va99 account closed for a violation of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law, or be subject to any self-exclusion agreement that covers this Platform.

Age Verification

va99 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. Upon registration and at any point during a Player's use of the Platform, va99 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation. Until such verification is satisfactorily completed, withdrawal requests may be suspended and account functionality may be restricted. Acceptable identity documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, and driving licences issued by Bangladesh or any other recognised national authority.

va99 employs automated and manual age verification checks as part of its registration process. If there is reasonable suspicion that a user is under 18, the account will be suspended pending verification. Parents and guardians who believe a minor may have registered on va99 should contact the support team immediately at the email address provided in the footer of this page.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one single registered account on the va99 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise additional accounts by any single individual — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, different devices, the same IP address, or any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All accounts beyond the first verified account will be closed, and any balances or bonus funds held in duplicate accounts will be voided.

Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes. va99 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep registration information current and accurate.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your va99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was performed by you personally. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify va99 support immediately. va99 will never contact you via email, SMS, or live chat to ask for your password or full payment card details.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

As an internationally operating gaming platform, va99 is committed to maintaining robust anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time va99 deems appropriate. Refusal to comply with KYC requests will result in account suspension and may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawal requests.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the va99 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). va99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, direct bank transfer (including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank), Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500.
• va99 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. Your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their standard transaction charges, for which va99 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your va99 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, subject to verification costs.
• va99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large or unusual deposit transactions as part of its AML obligations.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that matches the one used for the most recent deposit, subject to va99's payment routing rules in force at the time of the request.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval on verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one Bangladesh Standard Time business day of approval.
• va99 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or mobile financial service provider may deduct standard transfer charges on their side.
• Withdrawals will only be approved once all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus have been fully met.
• va99 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

va99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence for the matter to which they relate.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the va99 welcome bonus, currently a 150% match bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once — through multiple accounts, reregistration, or any other means — constitute bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all related funds.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on va99 carry wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. The exact wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the offer terms at the time the bonus is made available to you. It is your responsibility to read and understand the wagering requirements before accepting any bonus. va99 recommends not accepting bonuses whose wagering requirements you do not understand or cannot realistically meet within the offer's validity period.

Bonus Validity

All bonuses are valid for a defined period stated in the offer terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play that have not met the applicable wagering requirements within the validity period will be removed from your account automatically upon expiry. Cash balances unrelated to the bonus are not affected by bonus expiry.

Bonus Abuse

va99 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play between multiple accounts, use of software to exploit promotional conditions, and systematic exploitation of game contribution rates. va99 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the va99 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself at all times in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, and the spirit of fair and responsible gaming. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the va99 Platform:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Money laundering — using the va99 Platform for the purpose of depositing, transferring, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity. All suspicious transaction patterns are reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable international AML standards.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any way not explicitly authorised by va99.
• Exploitation of software errors — deliberately taking advantage of glitches, bugs, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected software error will be voided.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour directed at va99 staff, live dealer personnel, or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the va99 Platform, its software, its odds data, or its content without explicit written authorisation from va99.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law, or circumventing geo-restriction measures through the use of VPN, proxy, or other IP masking tools.

va99 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your va99 account at any time by contacting the support team at the email address listed in the footer of this page. Upon receiving a closure request, va99 will process any remaining eligible balance in your account to your verified payment method before closing the account. Closure requests made as part of a self-exclusion arrangement will be processed immediately, with no cooling-off period.

Suspension or Closure by va99

va99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder has provided false registration information.
• Discovery that the account holder is a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a va99 employee without prior approval.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a legally authorised third party.
• Any other situation in which continued operation of the account poses a compliance, legal, or reputational risk to va99.

Where an account is closed by va99 due to a breach of these Terms, va99 reserves the right to retain any bonus funds and associated winnings in the account. Deposited funds not derived from bonus activity will be returned to the player via the verified deposit method following completion of any applicable investigation.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, va99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from errors in your betting or gaming decisions.
• Loss of access to the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies in the display of odds, game results, or account balances resulting from technical malfunctions.
• Any decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform, including game rules, bonus terms, or promotional content.

va99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While va99 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the continuous availability and accuracy of the Platform, no warranty — express or implied — is given regarding the uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation of the site or any of its features.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits va99's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties or certain categories of damages, va99's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction when accessing va99.
